  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested suppliers for the supply of five hundred (500) reams of multi-copy paper with the following specifications:

    2. Requirements : Bond paper - Multi-copy
    Quantity : 500
    Substance : 24 or 80 GSM
    Size : 8 1/2 X 11 or 216mm X 279mm

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 75,000.00.

  3. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of September 22, 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit; and
    • PhilGEPS Registration.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
